( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْحَرَشِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ:
قَالَتِ امْرَأَةُ بَشِيرٍ: انْحَلِ ابْنِي غُلَامَكَ، وَأَشْهِدْ عَلَيْهِ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ ابْنَةَ فُلَانٍ سَأَلَتْنِي أَنْ أَنْحَلَ ابْنَهَا غُلَامِي، وَقَالَتْ: أَشْهِدْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: " أَلَهُ إِخْوَةٌ ؟ " قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَكُلَّهُمْ أَعْطَيْتَ مِثْلَ مَا أَعْطَيْتَهُ ؟ " قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: " فَلَيْسَ يَصْلُحُ هَذَا، وَإِنِّي لَا أَشْهَدُ عَلَى جَوْرٍ

حديث جابر أولى من حديث النعمان بن بشير لأن جابرا أحفظ لهذا المعنى وأضبط له لأن النعمان كان صغيرا
