أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا، وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا
