وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ثَنَا هِشَامٌ، وَمَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْمَرَ رَجُلًا دَارًا حَيَاتَهُ فَخَاصَمَ فِيهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، وَكَانَ الَّذِي أُعْمِرَ الدَّارَ أَعْمَى، فَقَضَى لَهُ شُرَيْحٌ بِهَا، وَقَالَ: مَنْ مَلَكَ شَيْئًا حَيَاتَهُ، فَهُوَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ، فَقَالَ الْمُعْمَرُ: كَيْفَ قَضَيْتَ لِي يَا أَبَا أُمَيَّةَ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَسْتُ أَنَا قَضَيْتُ، وَلَكِنْ قَضَى اللهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مُنْذُ خَمْسِينَ سَنَةً: مَنْ مُلِّكَ شَيْئًا حَيَاتَهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ وَلِوَرَثَتِهِ بَعْدَهُ
