( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ - هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ - أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ:

كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَادِيَةِ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي وَهَبْتُ لِابْنِي نَاقَةً حَيَاتَهُ، وَإِنَّهَا تَنَاتَجَتْ إِبِلًا، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: هِيَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي تَصَدَّقْتُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا، فَقَالَ: ذَاكَ أَبْعَدُ لَكَ مِنْهَا
