أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ؛
أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ جَعَلَ دُورَهُ صَدَقَةً، قَالَ: وَلِلْمَرْدُودَةِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ أَنْ تَسْكُنَ غَيْرَ مُضِرَّةٍ، وَلَا مُضَرٍّ بِهَا، فَإِنِ اسْتَغْنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهَا
