( حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ، ثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:

قَالَ عُمَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَالًا بِخَيْبَرَ، لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالًا قَطُّ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: إِنْ شِئْتَ تَصَدَّقْتَ بِهِ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ أَمْسَكْتَ أَصْلَهُ، قَالَ: فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ عُمَرُ ؓ عَلَى الضُّعَفَاءِ، وَالْمَسَاكِينِ، وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ، لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ فِيهِ مَالًا أَوْ مُتَأَثِّلٍ مِنْهُ مَالًا
