( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ رُزَيْقٍ، قَالَ:
قَرَأْتُ كِتَابَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى أَبِي: أَنْ أَجِزْ لَهُمْ مَا أَحْيَوْا بِبُنْيَانٍ أَوْ حَرْثٍ
