( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ نَاجِيَةَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي رِزْمَةَ، ثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُحَرِّمِ الْمُزَارَعَةَ، وَلَكِنْ أَمَرَ أَنْ يَرْفُقَ النَّاسُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ.
