( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ:
كُنَّا نُحَاقِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: فَقَدِمَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْضُ عُمُومَتِهِ، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: اسْمُهُ ظُهَيْرٌ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ لَنَا نَافِعًا، وَطَوَاعِيَةُ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ أَنْفَعُ لَنَا وَأَنْفَعُ، قَالَ الْقَوْمُ: وَمَا ذَاكَ ؟ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ، وَلَا يُكَارِيهَا بِالثُّلُثِ، وَلَا بِالرُّبُعِ، وَلَا طَعَامٍ مُسَمًّى ".
