أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْفَحَّامُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ هُوَ ابْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ؛

أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ كِرَاءَ الْأَرْضِ حَتَّى بَلَغَهُ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ حَدِيثٌ، فَانْطَلَقْتُ مَعَهُ حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا رَافِعًا، فَحَدَّثَ عَنْ بَعْضِ عُمُومَتِهِ، يَذْكُرُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ، فَتَرَكَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ.
