✧ What Has Come Concerning the Prohibition of Renting Out Land

( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَارِمٌ، ثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، ثَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَزْرَعْهَا، فَلْيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ ".
