( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ رَجَاءٍ الْمَكِّيُّ، قَالَ ابْنُ خُثَيْمٍ: حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

مَنْ لَمْ يَذَرِ الْمُخَابَرَةَ، فَلْيُؤْذَنْ بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ".
