( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:

لَمَّا افْتُتِحَتْ خَيْبَرُ سَأَلَتْ يَهُودُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُقِرَّهُمْ فِيهَا عَلَى أَنْ يَعْمَلُوا عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِمَّا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا مِنَ الثَّمَرِ وَالزَّرْعِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أُقِرُّكُمْ فِيهَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ مَا شِئْنَا. فَكَانُوا فِيهَا كَذَلِكَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ وَطَائِفَةٍ مِنْ إِمَارَةِ عُمَرَ، فَكَانَتِ الثَّمَرَةُ تُقْسَمُ عَلَى السُّهْمَانِ مِنْ نِصْفِ خَيْبَرَ، وَيَأْخُذُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْخُمُسَ
