أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا تَمْتَامٌ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ السَّدُوسِيُّ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ الْكِنْدِيُّ أَبُو أَرْقَمَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْجَارُودِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:
كَانَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ إِذَا دَفَعَ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً اشْتَرَطَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ أَنْ لَا يَسْلُكَ بِهِ بَحْرًا، وَلَا يَنْزِلَ بِهِ وَادِيًا، وَلَا يَشْتَرِيَ بِهِ ذَاتَ كَبِدٍ رَطْبَةٍ، فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ، فَرَفَعَ شَرْطَهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَجَازَهُ
