أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ:

أَنَّهُ عَمِلَ فِي مَالٍ لِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ عَلَى أَنَّ الرِّبْحَ بَيْنَهُمَا
