( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي حَامِدٍ الْمُقْرِي، وَأَبُو صَادِقٍ الْعَطَّارُ، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُهَيْلٌ، هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَصَا أَخِيهِ بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسِهِ
