أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثَنَا مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ أَبِي صَابِرٍ، ثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَفَّافُ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" مَنْ بَنَى فِي رِبَاعِ قَوْمٍ بِإِذْنِهِمْ فَلَهُ الْقِيمَةُ، وَمَنْ بَنَى بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَلَهُ النَّقْضُ
