أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُنَادِي، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، وَقَتَادَةَ، وَحَبِيبٍ، وَيُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ: أَنَّ شُرَيْحًا، قَالَ:

لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْتَوْدَعِ غَيْرِ الْمُغِلِّ ضَمَانٌ، وَلَا عَلَى الْمُسْتَعِيرِ غَيْرِ الْمُغِلِّ ضَمَانٌ
