( أَخْبَرَنَا ) الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ فِرَاسٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ: إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأُرْمَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ شَافِعُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الطَّحَاوِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمُزَنِيَّ يَقُولُ: قَرَأْنَا عَلَى الشَّافِعِيِّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ هُوَ ابْنُ السَّائِبِ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا اسْتَعَارَ بَعِيرًا مِنْ رَجُلٍ، فَعَطِبَ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ مَرْوَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، فَأَرْسَلَ مَرْوَانُ إِلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: يَغْرَمُ
