( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ ثَمَانِيَةِ رَهْطٍ اغْتَسَلُوا مِنْ حَوْضٍ وَاحِدٍ، أَحَدُهُمْ جُنُبٌ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ
