أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْمُنَادِي، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ صَدَقَةَ، قَالَ:
دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي وَإِمَامُ الْحَيِّ عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، فَقَالُوا لَهُ: حَدِّثْنَا حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْفَعُنَا اللهُ بِهِ، قَالَ: مَاتَ رَجُلٌ، فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَتُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " هَلْ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ ؟ " قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " أَفَيَضْمَنُهُ مِنْكُمْ أَحَدٌ حَتَّى أُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ ؟ " قَالُوا: لَا، قَالَ: فَمَا يَنْفَعُكُمْ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مُرْتَهَنٍ فِي قَبْرِهِ حَتَّى يَبْعَثَهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُحَاسِبَهُ
