أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ الْمُقْرِي ابْنُ الْحَمَّامِيِّ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ، وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
