( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَعَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ:
أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ وَعُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَانَا يَسْتَحْلِفَانِ الْمُعْسِرَ بِاللهِ مَا تَجِدُ مَا تَقْضِيهِ مِنْ عَرَضٍ وَلَا فَرْضٍ، أَوْ قَالَ: نَاضٍّ وَلَئِنْ وَجَدْتَ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُ لَتَقْضِيَنَّهُ، ثُمَّ يُخَلِّيَانِ سَبِيلَهُ
