( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ وَبْرِ بْنِ أَبِي دُلَيْلَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ، قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ:
يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ؛ يُغَلَّظُ لَهُ، وَعُقُوبَتَهُ؛ يُحْبَسُ لَهُ
