وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْمُسْتَمْلِي، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رَجَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ:

أَنَّ غُلَامَيْنِ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ كَانَ بَيْنَهُمَا غُلَامٌ، فَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ، فَحَبَسَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حَتَّى بَاعَ فِيهِ غُنَيْمَةً لَهُ
