وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ ضَعِيفٍ مَوْصُولًا، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا مُعَمَّرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ الرَّهْنُ أَفْضَلَ مِنَ الْقَرْضِ أَوْ كَانَ الْقَرْضُ أَفْضَلَ مِنَ الرَّهْنِ ثُمَّ هَلَكَ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْفَضْلَ
