أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ: عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ شَبَّانَ الْعَطَّارُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْبَاقِي بْنُ قَانِعٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّهْنِ فَضْلٌ فَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَالرَّهْنُ بِمَا فِيهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَإِنَّهُ يَرُدُّ الْفَضْلَ
