أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ قَالَ:
مَنْ بَاعَ دَارًا وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِ بِثَمَنِهَا دَارًا لَمْ يُبَارَكْ لَهُ فِيهَا أَوْ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا
