( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ؛ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِمَرْوَانَ:
أَحْلَلْتَ بَيْعَ الصِّكَاكِ، وَقَدْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْتَوْفَى، قَالَ: فَخَطَبَ مَرْوَانُ، وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِهَا، قَالَ: سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، فَرَأَيْتُ الْحَرَسَ يَأْخُذُونَهَا مِنْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ
