( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، أَنْبَأَ حَامِدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، ثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ، ثَنَا شَيْخٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ، قَالَ:
خَطَبَنَا عَلِيٌّ، فَقَالَ: يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ تُقَدَّمُ الْأَشْرَارُ لَيْسَتْ بِالْأَخْيَارِ وَيُبَايِعُ الْمُضْطَرُّ وَقَدْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُضْطَرِّ وَبَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدْرِكَ
