( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ إِمْلَاءً، أَنْبَأَ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:
أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ إِلَّا كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ صَيْدٍ، فَقِيلَ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ: إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: " أَوْ كَلْبَ زَرْعٍ "، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ زَرْعًا
