( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ:

أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي كَلْبِ صَيْدٍ قَتَلَهُ رَجُلٌ بِأَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا، وَقَضَى فِي كَلْبِ مَاشِيَةٍ بِكَبْشٍ
