( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ

نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعٍ وَسَلَفٍ، وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ، وَنَهَى عَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ
