( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ. زَادَ:
فَاشْتِمَالُ الصَّمَّاءِ يَشْتَمِلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ يَضَعُ طَرَفَيِ الثَّوْبِ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ الْأَيْسَرِ وَيُبْرِزُ شِقَّهُ الْأَيْمَنَ، قَالَ: وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ أَنْ يَقُولَ: إِذَا نَبَذْتُ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ، وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ أَنْ يَمَسَّهُ بِيَدِهِ وَلَا يَنْشُرَهُ وَلَا يُقَلِّبَهُ، إِذَا مَسَّهُ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ
