( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ اشْتَرَى جَارِيَةً مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ زَيْنَبَ الثَّقَفِيَّةِ، فَاشْتَرَطَتْ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّكَ إِنْ بِعْتَهَا فَهِيَ لِي بِالثَّمَنِ الَّذِي تَبِيعُهَا بِهِ، فَاسْتَفْتَى فِي ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ: لَا تَقْرَبْهَا وَفِيهَا شَرْطٌ لِأَحَدٍ
