( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبٌ قَالَ: قَالَ نَافِعٌ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: الْعَبْدُ وَمَالُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ، فَلَيْسَ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مَالِهِ
