( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الصَّفَّارُ وَغَيْرُهُمْ قَالُوا: أَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ أَبِي الْمُسَاوِرِ، ثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَكَانَ مَمْلُوكًا لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ:
مَا مَالُكَ يَا عُمَيْرُ ؟ فَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُعْتِقَكَ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَ
