( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ اشْتَرَى إِبِلًا هِيَامًا مِنْ شَرِيكٍ لِرَجُلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: نَوَّاسٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ، فَأَخْبَرَ نَوَّاسًا أَنَّهُ بَاعَهَا مِنْ شَيْخٍ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَقَالَ نَوَّاسٌ: وَيْلَكَ، ذَاكَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ، فَجَاءَ نَوَّاسٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ شَرِيكِي بَاعَكَ إِبِلًا هِيَامًا وَلَمْ يَعْرِفْكَ، قَالَ: فَاسْتَقْهَا إِذًا. قَالَ: فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ لِيَسْتَاقَهَا قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: دَعْهَا، رَضِينَا بِقَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا عَدْوَى
