( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَزَّازُ، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ أَيُّوبَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ إِنْ بَاعَ مِنْ أَخِيهِ بَيْعًا فِيهِ عَيْبٌ أَنْ لَا يُبَيِّنَهُ لَهُ
