( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِالتَّمْرِ وَالرُّطَبِ
