( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ الْحَجَبِيُّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا، وَسَأَلَهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، يَعْنِي ابْنَ الرَّبِيعِ، أَحَدَّثَكَ دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا فِي خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ أَوْ دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ ؟ قَالَ مَالِكٌ: نَعَمْ
