10778 - ( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، يَعْنِي الْقَعْنَبِيَّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
أَرْخَصَ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنِ الْقَعْنَبِيِّ وَيَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى
