أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْمُقْرِي بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ النَّجَّادُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ:

لَا تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ، وَلَا تَبِيعُوا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ، وَلَا تَبِيعُوا الْوَرِقَ بِالذَّهَبِ أَحَدُهُمَا غَائِبٌ وَالْآخَرُ نَاجِزٌ، وَإِنِ اسْتَنْظَرَكَ حَتَّى يَلِجَ بَيْتَهُ فَلَا تُنْظِرْهُ إِلَّا يَدًا بِيَدٍ هَاتِ وَهَذَا أَنِّي أَخْشَى عَلَيْكُمُ الرِّبَا
