أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي يَزِيدَ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ

  1. Usāmah b. Zayd b. Ḥārithah dhū al-Buṭayn
    a well-known Companiond. Ibn Ḥibbān said: he died after ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān was killed. In al-Samʿānī's Amālī: 40 AH. Ibn ʿAbd al-Barr deemed correct that he died in the year 54 AH. Muṣʿab al-Zubayrī said: 58 AH or 59 AH
