أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، يَعْنِي الْقَعْنَبِيَّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ
أَنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ بَاعَ سِقَايَةً مِنْ ذَهَبٍ أَوْ مِنْ وَرِقٍ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ وَزْنِهَا، فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْهَى عَنْ مِثْلِ هَذَا إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ، فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ: مَا أَرَى بِهَذَا بَأْسًا، فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ: مَنْ يَعْذِرُنِي مِنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ ؟ أُخْبِرُهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وَيُخْبِرُنِي عَنْ رَأْيِهِ، لَا أُسَاكِنُكَ بِأَرْضٍ أَنْتَ بِهَا. ثُمَّ قَدِمَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَذَكَرَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ، فَكَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ: أَنْ لَا يَبِيعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ
