أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا: أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدِ اللهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ شُعَيْبًا يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ابْتَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَيْعَةً، فَإِنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا مِنْ مَكَانِهِمَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ صَفْقَةَ خِيَارٍ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يُقِيلَهُ
