أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى اللَّخْمِيُّ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو مَعْبَدٍ حَفْصُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - وَعَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يَقُولَانِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ:
مَنِ اشْتَرَى بَيْعًا فَوَجَبَ لَهُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يُفَارِقْهُ صَاحِبُهُ، إِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَهُ، فَإِنْ فَارَقَهُ فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهُ
