( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَنَا جَعْفَرٌ الْفَارَيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حِسَابٍ وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ قَالُوا: أَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، أَوْ يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ اخْتَرْ
