( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُمَا قِرَاءَةً وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ، ( ح ) قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ فِيمَا قَرَأَ عَلَى مَالِكٍ ( ح ) قَالَ، وَأَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْإِمَامُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ
