( وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" مَنْ أَهْدَى بَدَنَةً تَطَوُّعًا فَعَطِبَتْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَلٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ نَذْرًا فَعَلَيْهِ الْبَدَلُ
